Pets are only allowed on a leash..

Any damages caused during the stay or missing items, irrespective of
whether the damage and/or loss is caused by yourself or third
parties; must be compensated for.

A cancelled reservation means a loss for Camping Zavelbos which we
unfortunately have to pass on to you.
- up to 8 weeks before arrival, 25% of the total cost with a minimum
of 175 euro. - from 8 to 4 weeks before arrival, 50% of the total
cost with minimum of 275 euro. - between 4 weeks and the arrival
date, 100% of the total cost.
The deposit, minus cost of loss or damage, will only be returned in
exceptional cases, such as death or hospitalisation, and after
presentation of a valid medical certificate and a thorough
investigation. If you have to interrupt your stay, the total cost
remains payable.

The breaking of the general terms and regulations of Camping
Zavelbos can lead to removal from the park with no reimbursement of
the total (or any part of) the cost paid.

Camping Zavelbos accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, damage,
physical injuries or accidents to persons or goods, during or as a
result of a stay at the park, out of order technical apparatus and/or
the loss of or removal of facilities.

Despite our care and attention, it is nevertheless possible that you
have a complaint. To give us the possibility to resolve this for
you, we would ask you to inform us as soon as possible. Should you
still be unhappy, then you still have the opportunity to communicate
this further, in writing, to our Executive Board, at the latest 8
days after your departure.

Everyone who makes a reservation automatically accepts these general
terms and conditions.

Reservations: preferably by telephone or by e-mail. Thereafter a
deposit will be charged. The balance should then be paid in full a
month before arrival. Please book on time. At the time of booking, a
deposit of 1/3 of the total cost (or minimum 250 euro) must be paid.
Please quote at all times your name and the dates. Reservation costs
amount to 8 euro per booking.

The deposit must be paid within eight days of booking. The balance
for reservations for camping, may be paid on arrival. On site
payments cannot be paid for with bank cards. Any possible banking
fees are at the expense of the customer.

In Belgium you can transfer money to account 335-0228968-94, at ING
Bank in Opglabbeek. From within the Netherlands money can be
transferred to account 20.99.65.983, at ING Bank in Breda.

Camping Zavelbos plc cannot be held responsible for any typing
errors.
